The George and Dragon Classic Car gathering 17th July 2024

There was an excellent and varied attendance at this event but unfortunately only Gordon's Chummy was able to represent Portway Austins. Sheila arrived early afternoon in her MX5 direct from another event in the morning so was unable to take her Austin. Busy girl!!!

It was good to see Patrick Guthrie-Jones from the NHAEG in his Chummy. Patrick made the occasional visit to Portway club nights back in the days when we met at The George and Dragon. There were two other Austins a 1932 Austin 7 RN saloon from Bramley and a 1934 Austin 10/4.
