Red Lion Overton VE Day 80th Anniversary Celebration

We spent a very pleasant though rather hot day helping the Red Lion celebrate VE Day. Five Portway Austins were joined by various other cars from Overton Classics plus a 1920s Douglas motorcycle. The locals spent quite a lot of time chatting about our cars and were later entertained by a Pearly King and Queen. They sang all the old familiar period London songs which went down very well with the assembled audience in the pub garden.
