Oakley Village Show
Saturday August 10th

What a brilliant afternoon with by far the largest turnout of Portway Austins this year. It was great to see everyone enjoying themselves chatting all things Austin and with a ringside seat for the arena events. It was an opportunity to celebrate the 100th anniversary of Barry's Chummy which was born in August 1924. The mayor of Basingstoke having toured the Austins and met the owners selected Chris Surtell's 10/4 as the car he would most like to take home. For this Chris was presented with a trophy and bottle of Austin Pims.

There were also awards for all other entrants as a thank you for attending.

A very sunny afternoon was rounded off with lots of ice cream.
